As we mentioned back in December, last year was a seller’s market and we felt that it would stay that way early into 2018. We are almost at the end of January and there is still a lack of listing inventory. However, we know it won’t stay that way.
We are seeing listings starting to increase (albeit slowly) and new developments cropping up. Come spring time – one of the busiest times of year for listings – it may be a different story altogether.

now could just give you the edge, especially if your property needs a little TLC.
